TIER1
TIER1 (CORE)
A basic scan for fault codes, across all areas of the van (Engine, Braking System, Gearbox, Interior, Electrics).
We run the scan from a laptop on a stationary vehicle and a PDF with the results is emailed to you. We do offer clearing of the logs included within this service.

TIER2
TIER 2 (PREMIUM)
A review of sensor data, aimed at detecting the most common faults for your model/engine/transmission type.
We sit as a passenger while you drive the car (laptop plugged in).
The data we collect is everything in TIER1 with the addition of sensor readings which are most applicable to common issues for your model/year/engine/transmission type.
An example is judder, we monitor the wheel speed sensors and report pass/fail/warning on each sensor, with a write up which anyone can read and understand, allowing you deeper insights into potential issues.
The service includes a PDF emailed to you, with a traffic light system report on the sensor data we have collected.

TIER3
TIER 3 (COMPLETE)
A detailed review of sensor data, with analysis either generalised into understandable charts, or specific known issues interrogated via sensor data.
TIER3 includes everything in TIER1 & TIER2, and additionally interrogates specific areas or known issues.
An example would be a suspect Turbo issue, we would retrieve any fault codes from TIER1 and the sensor data from TIER2, but knowing we are spcifically looking at Turbo related problems, we would also graph the expected versus actual boost.
The result is a PDF emailed to you, which as well as alert summary, and traffic light system of sensor data, also contains a section tailored to your vehicle concern such as a chart comparing actual versus expected boost when accelerating.
This can be used when approaching your repairer as proof of the issue, and confidence you know where the issue is coming from.

Which TIER?
Before deciding on a TIER, keep in mind this is not an MOT and does not review wear or tear of the vehicle.
We scan the vehicle's internal computer for errors (TIER1), we capture sensor data and report if they meet correct thresholds in a traffic light chart (TIER2) and we review the data further, including chart capturing and analysis (TIER3).
Had the van a while, it runs well but want to check for errors? TIER1
Not bought the van yet and want a review of the condition (based on sensor data).
Recently bought the van and want to determine if it has any common issues or pending common issues.
Looking for a print out to prove the van is in good health.
TIER2
Having issues or suspect issues that need additional review or graphs, such as MPH of each speed sensor, boost levels, injector performance and looking to graph wheels speeds, injectors or cyclinders compared against each other.
